Kamari is a seaside village located on the southeast coast of Santorini, at the northern foot of Mount Mesa Vouno. You can easily get there by bus, taxi or car rental. Its name comes from a small arch, which was part of an ancient sanctuary dedicated to Poseidon, located at the southern end of the beach.
